Riverside Developments

The River Thames has seen and should continue to see an expansion of modern, affordable housing and offices, particularly below Greenwich towards Gravesend on the south side and to Southend on the north side. This is the start of the Thames Gateway- much heralded by the government as a regeneration project.

And that applies to the Bow back rivers that link the River Lea and the Thames. Above the Tidal area- thats Teddington- there is much less land available currently for development because there is a much greater difficulty for it to be rescheduled for such purposes.
