What do we mean by this?
...... it's not about leaving the table full or having one single, great
dish.It should apply to all of them !
So, it has no relation to cost or even " reasonable pricing". It's not for
the average pocket -its out of reach for most. It is special on a grand
scale and many will never partake. So there it is- exclusive, expensive and
for the very privileged. But it's well worth the effort at least once in
every lifetime..........

 From Lin Kennedy
- Head of Events for Historic Royal Palaces
Fine dining is more than just eating. Its about having a sumptuous meal
which can be for a small or large number of people.
The venue can be anywhere from a stately home to a restaurant - but it has
to be grand and imposing.
The tables should be laid with beautiful linen, cutlery, glass and china.
But above all the food and wines should be of the very highest quality.
