Taste of India is not far from the Cutty Sark, tucked away between Church Street and Welland Street and close to the Cutty Sark DLR station.

Inside it is an Oasis of tranquillity, with white walls with shocks of powder blue and yellow and is air conditioned. The food is truly Indian, with Bagha Chingri and Salmon Ajwani being great choices for starters.

There are plenty of traditional choices as well as the Chef's recommendations. The service is excellent and you can tell the food is all made freshly to order. The Taste of India is well worth a visit.
