Boasting a superb riverside location, Gaucho Canary offers amazing river views with a continental feel provided by the large summer terrace where guests enjoy alfresco drinking and dining whilst watching the world go by.

 The Gaucho Grill has been a most welcome addition to the Docklands area since opening in September 2000. The 120 cover restaurant, with outdoor seating for 40 overlooking the waterfront greets you on arrival with a stunning horseshoe shaped bar, open-plan kitchen, marble flooring and their trademark cow-hide seating.

The secret of the concept's success is the very highest quality Argentinian beef cooked on an Assado - an open concave grill heated by lava rocks - which is a main feature of the restaurant. The beef, which is sourced from free -range Angus herds that are grazed all year round, is cut and cooked in full view of the diners. The meat is never frozen and arrives at the grill from Argentina in refrigerated vacuum packs ensuring it remains exceptionally tender. The style of cooking is derived from the original Argentinian cowboy (Gaucho) tradition of cooking fresh meats over charcoal grills.
The success of the formula lies in its ability to offer exceptional quality produce, simple preparation of food, excellent standard of service served in a welcoming atmosphere.
