Award winning head chef, Alex Bentley, pays homage to great British classics with dishes like Potted Shrimps with lobster butter and pickled cucumber and, for the more adventurous, Pot Roasted Venison loin with chestnut rissole, braised red cabbage and bitter chocolate sauce.
