Abingdon - Travel

Abingdon is close to the junction of the A34 trunk road with the A415, (see roads) six miles out of Oxford. Although there is no railway station, Abingdon is served by two major bus operators, Oxford Bus Company (www.oxfordbus.co.uk) and Stagecoach Oxford (www.stagecoach-oxford.co.uk), who provide frequent buses to and from Oxford. There are regular services to the railway stations at Oxford, Didcot and Radley. A less frequent service by Chiltern Buses serves Wallingford.
The National Cycle Network Route 5 links Abingdon with Oxford and Didcot.
