Bus Services -

the RV1 bus route from The Tower to Covent Garden

A new bus service was opened which starts at Tower Bridge, crosses to the  South Bank of the Thames, and continues to Waterloo via all the major tourist sights on the South Bank, such as Southwark Cathedral, Shakespeare's Globe, Gabriel's Wharf, The Oxo Tower, The Tate Modern gallery, the Millennium Bridge, the Royal Festival Hall, The Royal National Theatre, the Museum of the Moving Image and the London Eye.  The bus eventually crosses the River thames over Waterloo Bridge and terminates in Covent Garden. The route is the RV1 and it is a single decker service operating about every ten  minutes. Stops are frequent and well indicated.
