Considering the vast area it covers, the Hampton district is very well served by buses, trains, and even boats. It is slightly more tricky getting there by car. Hampton Court has a very central Rail station, numerous bus stops accommodating buses from all directions and a boat service which is second to none. Hampton Wick and Hampton both have Rail stations and are also served by buses from all over the place. Hampton Wick, in particular, is accessible because it is just over the bridge from the thriving town of Kingston.

Rail
If you are travelling to Hampton Court from London, we suggest you go from either the Richmond or Wimbledon train stations. It is trickier arriving at Hampton and Hampton Wick because you have to make some fairly complex local connections from Wimbledon.

From Twickenham take the A311 into Hampton.
