Twickenham - Travel
Unless you drive there by car, it is not very easy to get to Twickenham quickly. There are obviously no tube stops, situated as it is out in Middlesex. It will take you a while to get to its local train station as you have to make quite a few connections. There are several bus services to Twickenham from Hampton Court and Hounslow but barely any at all from London itself.
Rail There is only one train station serving Twickenham in the centre of town, although St. Margaret's is not too far away. I suggest, if you are in London, that you connect to Twickenham station from either Richmond or Wimbledon Rail stations. Hampton Court also provides a reasonable service to Twickenham, but unless you are in Middlesex, you will find very few direct connections here.
