The Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace is one of the World's finest working stables and home to the Royal Collection of historic coaches and carriages. Entrance is separate to that of the Palace itself.
The mews started in 1760 and you will see the Queen's coachmen and grooms carrying out their work with the Queen's horses in magnificent John Nash-designed buildings. 


See the day to day life of the Royal Mews as the grooms muck out the stables and brush and care for their magnificent horses.  See the golden State Coach that carries the Queen to her Coronation and Jubilee celebrations.  Great fun for families.
