This special place is a living museum. This means that as well as discovering the history of the Mounted Guards of the Household Cavalry you can actually watch the day to day goings-on of the two famous Regiments that make up the Household Cavalry. Everyone who visits London seems to find the magnificent horses and the mounted Troopers who keep guard at her Majesty's Horse Guards in Whitehall. They stand outside the gateway to the parade and visitors always want their photos taken by the horses. This museum shows you what happens behind the scenes.
