The Queens Head in Weybridge

The Queens Head

Situated a stone's throw from the River Wey, The Queen’s Head was built in the mid 1700’s, probably as a coach house. In its time it has also been a Courthouse (apparently with its own gallows) but has been a pub for some considerable time. Originally not all the rooms would have been used for drinking but now what would have been the stables has been restored, as have the other rooms, bringing back snugs, bars, fireplaces and even a pewter bar and outside seating both front and back.

Our open kitchen complete with charcoal grill shows we are as serious about our food as we are about our ales and we are proud to offer a menu that blends both French brasserie style food with British pub classics. Of particular note are our steaks which are of the highest quality and are provided to us by an award winning, royally appointed butcher.

We are a venue for all occasions, whether it be a quiet drink in the bar, a quick lunch in our sun-trap garden or a celebratory slap up meal in our restaurant.
